To support Love Your Craft, the Global Learning Team at Costa are pleased to offer Core Coffee Workshops to Proud to Serve Sites with traditional machines.

Available dates:

10 May @ Newbury Academy – 2 places available
23 May @ Edinburgh Academy – 8 places available
13 June @ Leamington Spa Academy – 8 places available
27 June @ Basildon Academy – 8 places available

This session is aimed at new starters, outlet supervisors/partner trainers and those sites who have failed a recent Costa Check. 

To make it fair to everyone, they are limiting spaces to 2 people per site per workshop. It’s important the right person attends this practical workshop. 
Ideally the delegate you send will:

• Use the coffee machine regularly
• Be confident to communicate and share the skills they’ve practised
• Train and upskill other team members in your business
• Complete a Costa Check on your unit on their return to check for knowledge, equipment and skill gaps.
